The in-person classes will be limited to 4 students.
Please sign up and pay for all in-person classes online to reserve your mat. This is very important. If you arrive for class without signing up and there’s space available, you’re welcome to join. But if the class is full we will not be able to accommodate you.
When signing up for class on MindBody Online starting June 1st you will have two options, one for the online class and the other for in-person. Please choose the class you plan to attend.
Wear a comfortable, breathable mask that fully covers your nose and mouth when in the studio.
In an effort to improve air quality we continue to have an air purifier in the hallway, another in the reception area, plus we have invested in a third for the practice space. These will filter the air in the studio more than 4 times per hour!
Please wash your hands for at least 20 seconds before entering the studio or use the hand sanitizer provided when you come in.
If you have the following symptoms or even the slightest thought you are not well please practice from home and do not come to in-person class (now and always):
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
New loss of taste or smell
If you have knowingly been in contact with someone with coronavirus/COVID-19 please practice from home for 14 days or until you’ve been cleared by your doctor.
We will ask all students who come to class in person to sign a waiver acknowledging personal responsibility regarding illness exposure.
We will continue to clean and rotate equipment and touchable surfaces as we have in the past with added cleaning protocols between classes.
Please social distance while at the studio. Do your best to keep 6 feet between yourself and others.
If you are sneezing and coughing but otherwise feel well (allergies, etc.) we lovingly request you practice online until symptoms lessen so not to draw attention in a public class setting.
Arrive 5-15 minutes before the start of class, no earlier. Doors will be closed promptly at the start time of class.
